  Application It is a cation fluorosurfactant with low surface tension, it has good activity in acid, Alkali and neutral media, it can be used as light-water extinguisher, film coating agent, hydrophobic & oleophobic anti-dirt agent. Add few FF-135 during cleaning metal rust, it speeds rust removing with good leveling effect, cleaned metal will be water- & oil-proof with good corrosion inhibiting ability.   Package &Transportation: 25KG per Polyethylene bottle,  transportation as normal chemical
